Service Description

The ITC department installs or removes Market watch program on the Brokerage firms or investors computers, in addition to providing technical support if needed.

Requirements and Conditions of Service

ASE membership is compulsory for brokerage firms and commitment to meet all the requirements to obtain the program, while investors should sign special agreement to get this service.

Required Documents

A letter of request to add or cancel a market watches station, or asking for the services of technical support for the installed market watch program.

Steps and procedures for implementing the service

After the ASE Approval on the brokerage firm service request, the ICT department activates the service on server side, and installs the market watch program on the client side (brokerage firm or investors devices) or performs the needed technical support.
